BreederQ ("we," "us") operates this website. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, in plain language.
What we collect
When you submit the early-access request form, we collect your name, kennel or business name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in the optional message field. We also keep standard technical logs (like IP addresses) that come with operating any website.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: contacting you about BreederQ early access and launch updates. If you checked the text message box, we may also text you about your spot on the list. Every message we send includes a way to opt out, and texting you is never a condition of joining the list. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a form relay service and stored in our inbox and hosting logs. When the BreederQ product launches, early-access requests will move into our own database.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see what we have about you, correct it, or delete it — just reply to any email from us or use the contact details in our messages. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and note the new date at the top.
